The Revenue Operations Analyst will be a key member of the North America Revenue Operations team. This role will support the VP, Revenue Operations and a team of Revenue Operations Managers in driving go-to-market performance through analyzing and transforming data into meaningful insights, documenting and executing essential GTM processes, and synthesizing insights into business reviews and strategic recommendations.
Working with the Revenue Operations team, the Analyst will leverage Cengage internal data to construct dashboards and business review presentations that highlight opportunities to improve go-to-market performance, and design and document standard operating procedures and playbooks to enable go-to-market teams to accelerate performance.
What you'll do here:- Analyze data to provide recommendations and inform decisions on territory design, account targeting, and performance management
- Capture and transform data into business insights in the form of reports, dashboards, and comprehensive business reviews
- Translate current and targeted ways of working into process maps that will support training and enablement of go-to-market teams
- Manage inbound change and data requests from go-to-market teams in support execution of performance measurement and territory coverage
- Attend, contribute, and summarize insights from workshops on strategic processes and opportunity prioritization
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an analytical / STEM based major.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a prior operations or business analytics role
- Previous business intelligence tool (Excel, SQL, Access, Tableau, Alteryx) knowledge, with experience creating dashboards and business review documents required
- Experience in process design and mapping
- Solid skills in coordinating and prioritizing
- Capable of presenting analytical insights
- Familiarity with CRMs and other business systems
- Understanding of data reporting tools
- Up to 10% overnight travel - must be able to travel by both auto and air

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
