The Company

Medely is a high-growth series-C technology start-up reimagining the future of healthcare work by providing an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools. With the support of top-tier investors, Medely has quickly become a go-to platform for healthcare professionals to instantly access high-paying jobs with the freedom and flexibility to work when and where they want.

As a fully remote team of sharp, collaborative, and entrepreneurial individuals, we are dedicated to redefining the way healthcare workers and facilities work together to provide for patients. We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our team and help us take on tough challenges in this fast-expanding healthcare industry segment.

Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare staffing industry and improve patient lives!

Build the Sales Team Everyone Else Benchmarks Against

Great sales teams are built on more than strong playbooks and content. They are built by coaching that consistently changes how reps show up in the field, week after week. Both matter, and building that combination is exactly the job.

We are looking for a Revenue Enablement Lead who wants to be on the front lines of performance, partnering directly with our Account Executives, Account Managers, and revenue leaders to make our teams measurably better every week.

Much of this role lives in the field: listening to calls, coaching live deals, and diagnosing why one rep consistently wins while another stalls, then turning those insights into programs that lift the entire organization. You will also own the onboarding, playbooks, and content that make that coaching stick, because in a growing org all of it matters.

If you love developing people, thrive in high-growth environments, and believe enablement is ultimately measured by behavior change and business outcomes, not just course completion, you will feel at home here.

What You'll Own

Coach the team where it matters most

  • Partner directly with Account Executives, Account Managers, and front-line leaders to lift performance through hands-on coaching

  • Observe live calls, diagnose skill gaps, and build individualized coaching plans

  • Coach core selling behaviors: discovery, qualification, value articulation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing

  • Identify what top performers consistently do differently and scale those behaviors across the team, raising the middle of the performance curve

  • Become a trusted partner that sellers seek out, not because they have to, but because your coaching helps them win

Build programs that make coaching stick

  • Own and continuously improve onboarding, ramp, and certification so new hires reach productivity faster and more consistently

  • Evolve sales playbooks, messaging, and competitive positioning as our product and market change, keeping them practical and used in real deals

  • Leverage AI tools to automate content creation and program build so more of your time goes to coaching

  • Create simple, practical resources that reps actually use in live customer conversations

Measure what works

  • Define success metrics that connect coaching and enablement to seller behavior and business outcomes

  • Partner with Revenue Leadership and RevOps to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities

  • Use data to refine programs, spot trends, and improve execution

  • Manage enablement priorities, communications, and training cadence across the revenue organization

Who Thrives Here

You've carried a quota before. The best enablement leaders earn credibility because they have sat in the seat themselves. You know tough discovery calls, lost deals, hard quarters, and the pressure of carrying a number.

You likely have 5-7 years of experience spanning sales, enablement, coaching, or front-line sales leadership within a high-growth technology company. You will do well here if you have:

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role

  • Experience coaching sellers in live deals, not only delivering formal training

  • Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and the ability to coach them in real customer situations

  • A data-driven approach to identifying performance gaps and measuring impact

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex selling concepts

  • An AI-forward mindset that embraces technology to increase coaching scale and effectiveness

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience supporting both new-business and account management or expansion motions

  • Built onboarding or certification programs that measurably improved ramp time

  • Coached SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments

  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence, AI coaching platforms, and modern enablement technology

  • A reputation for developing top performers and raising the middle of the performance curve

Why Now?

Our revenue organization is growing, and the opportunity now is not simply to hire more sellers. It is to help every seller perform at a higher level. This role will shape how coaching, onboarding, and enablement evolve as we scale. The person who joins will help define what great selling looks like at Medely and build the coaching culture that powers our next stage of growth.
