Why You’ll Love This Role

As our GTM Enablement team continues to scale, we’re looking for a curious, organized, and tech-savvy Enablement Intern to support the systems, content, and workflows that power our go-to-market teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to modern enablement operations in a high-growth SaaS environment, including content management, AI-enabled workflows, onboarding support, and field-facing enablement tools.

You’ll work closely with the Enablement team to support key summer initiatives, including content updates tied to our brand refresh, onboarding improvements, and enablement tooling operations. This is a great opportunity for a current undergraduate student interested in technology, operations, knowledge management, or go-to-market systems to gain real-world experience in a fast-moving environment.


As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…
  • Support the publishing, tagging, maintenance, and QA of enablement content within Seismic
  • Assist with content audits and cleanup efforts tied to company-wide brand refresh initiatives
  • Help manage enablement operational workflows, including Jira requests, onboarding support, and basic troubleshooting for enablement-owned tools
  • Create or update internal documentation, FAQs, and centralized enablement resources
  • Gain exposure to modern enablement technology, including AI roleplay and sales coaching platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Revenue Enablement, Marketing, and Operations while contributing to onboarding and enablement projects
  • Leverage AI tools to do the work and automate the work as efficiently and effectively as possible

If You’ve Got It – We Want It

Education & Interest

  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in technology, SaaS, enablement operations, knowledge management, or go-to-market systems

Skills & Mindset

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn new tools and workflows quickly
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating across teams

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Seismic, Jira, Google Workspace, or AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Previous internship, project, or coursework experience related to operations, content management, or technology
  • Interest in AI-enabled workflows and modern sales technology ecosystems

This is a Part-Time Summer Internship

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.
In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity.

Base Salary Range
$20$22 USD
