Your role at Dynatrace
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and expand overall knowledge of US GAAP accounting
- Collaborate with company's global accounting teams to ensure appropriate accounting of various revenue streams and partner accruals
- Collaborate with Order Management, Sales Operations and Renewals team to ensure that transactions are properly reported in Salesforce and booked in NetSuite
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects as needed
- Assist with preparation and documentation of Company's revenue recognition for material revenue transactions
- Assist with monthly analysis of actual revenue vs. forecast
This is a hybrid role (2 days per week) out of our Boston, MA office.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior ASC 606 experience at a Software or SaaS based Company or public accounting experience involved with revenue testing is a plus
- Professional experience in accounting/finance
- Demonstrates understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with others
- Must have exceptional organization and communication skills
- Experience with MS Office with excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Salesforce NetSuite, and Monday is a plus
- Prior experience with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements is a plus

Compensation Data
DOE, salary $65K - $85K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
