Job Summary:

Ruggable is on a mission to reinvent home décor, and we’re looking for a Retail Channel Marketing Manager who can bring our brand to life at top national and lifestyle retailers like Target, Lowe’s, Macy’s, and more. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution for launching Ruggable products both in-store and online, ensuring our washable rugs stand out wherever they’re sold. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute retail channel marketing strategies for launching Ruggable at partners such as Target, Lowe’s, Macy’s, and other national and lifestyle retailers
  • Pilot and test new in-store formats and campaigns, using performance data to optimize future executions
  • Oversee the design, production, and rollout of in-store displays, endcaps, and merchandising tailored to home decor shoppers and each retailer’s environment
  • Manage and optimize Ruggable’s brand and product presence on retailer.com platforms, ensuring content is visually compelling, on-brand, and conversion-focused
  • Collaborate with retail buyers, merchandising, and marketing teams to plan and execute impactful launch campaigns, promotions, and co-branded initiatives
  • Own the Channel Marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation across campaigns, materials, and retailer programs.
  • Partner with internal teams (sales, creative, operations) to deliver all launch assets on time and to spec
  • Lead cross-functional project timelines for all retail launches, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze and report on the performance of retail channel marketing initiatives, using insights to refine future launches and maximize impact
  • Stay ahead of trends in home decor and retail, adapting strategies to position Ruggable competitively in a dynamic market
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, serving as the primary contact for all marketing-related activities

What You'll Need to Have:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation, ideally with a background in home decor, furnishings, or lifestyle consumer brands
  • Experience with home décor or lifestyle product launches
  • Proven experience launching and growing brands at major national retailers such as Target, Lowe’s, Macy’s, or similar partners
  • Deep understanding of in-store merchandising, visual displays, and digital content management for retailer.com pages
  • Ability to tailor marketing and merchandising strategies to fit a variety of retail formats and shopper profiles
  • Strong project management skills—organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple launches and deadlines
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to work cross-functionally and influence both internal teams and external partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with planogramming, visual merchandising, or retail analytics tools
  • Track record of bringing new brands or product lines to market across multiple retailer types

Compensation:

  • $130,000 - $160,000 per year base salary
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
