WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
- Governance & Oversight:
- Monitor and enforce Employee and Contractor preboarding , onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure timely identity creation, modification, and deactivation aligned with organizational standards.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Project Setup & Time Reporting:
- Set up projects in NetSuite to enable accurate time tracking by employees and contractors
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Business Units to align project setup with operational and reporting requirements
- Generate and distribute reports on time utilization, providing visibility into who is tracking time to which projects.
- Identity Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee creation and management of contractor capacity in SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), ensuring alignment with workforce planning and identity lifecycle standards.
- Oversee provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts across systems and applications (e.g., ServiceNow, EntraID, etc.)
- Ensure associated metadata (roles, permissions, entitlements, audit logs) is accurately maintained and updated throughout the account lifecycle.
- Implement controls to guarantee timely removal of access upon offboarding, reducing risk of stale or orphaned accounts.
- Partner with IT and HR to align identity creation with employee lifecycle events.
- Dashboard & Reporting Management
- Collaborate with Hexaware to replace reliance on manual Excel tracking with automated, real-time dashboard solutions
- Use dashboards to replace and govern RU reports provided by Hexaware, ensuring consistency, transparency, and reduced dependency on external/manual reporting.
- Risk & Cost Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with unauthorized access or stale accounts.
- Optimize processes to reduce administrative overhead and licensing costs.
- Track and report on metrics related to account lifecycle efficiency and risk reduction.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with HR, IT, Security, and Business Units to streamline processes.
- Serve as the point of escalation for identity lifecycle issues.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement
- Regularly review and refine onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Introduce automation and best practices to enhance scalability and reduce manual effort.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support, HR systems, or identity/access management.
- Internship or project experience with SAP SF, dashboards, or IAM tools is a plus.
- Foundational knowledge of identity and access management concepts
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), NetSuite, IAM tools, or willingness to learn
- Basic skills in dashboard/reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel pivot tables).
- Understanding of audit compliance basics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures / processes
- Good communication skills to collaborate with HR, IT, and Security teams.
