The role involves leading customer technical engagements, overseeing Kubernetes deployment, and promoting DevSecOps practices while ensuring successful customer outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Customer-facing technical experience (TAM, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to lead technical conversations and guide platform adoption
- Experience in federal, DoD, or regulated environments is strongly preferred
- Candidates should be U.S. citizens and eligible for security clearance
- Candidates who have owned customer outcomes (not just supported)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working across engineering and customer teams
