As a Remote Clinical Coding Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will review and code medical records accurately to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and proper reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
- Review patient medical records and assign appropriate clinical codes
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with ICD-10 and CPT standards
- Collaborate with billing and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations
- Support audits and documentation requirements
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in medical coding or healthcare documentation
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and healthcare compliance regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and medical coding software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred
Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
