At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we’re trusted by some of the largest independent broker-dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience—from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement.
What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do. We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.
As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve.
Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.

As a Relationship Manager (Pre-Sales) at Advisor360°, you will focus on building, nurturing, and expanding senior-level relationships within large broker-dealer organizations ahead of formal sales cycles. This role is centered on influence, access, and credibility, helping Advisor360° earn a seat at the table with home office leaders and positioning the platform as a strategic partner to the broker-dealer business.

Working in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives, you will engage early with broker-dealer stakeholders to shape platform vision, uncover opportunity, and support complex, multi-year sales pursuits. This is not a post-sales role; success is measured by relationship depth, pipeline influence, and enterprise engagement.

 Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Broker-Dealer Relationship Development
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with broker-dealer home office leaders across: Technology & Platform Strategy, Operations, Compliance & Supervision, and Advisor Experience & Growth
    • Leverage existing broker-dealer network to open doors, create warm introductions, and expand Advisor360°’s footprint within target firms
    • Develop long-term relationship strategies aligned to broker-dealer platform modernization initiatives
  • Pre-Sales Partnership with Enterprise Sales
    • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on account planning, stakeholder mapping, and pursuit strategy
    • Engage early in broker-dealer buying journeys to influence requirements, success criteria, and platform positioning
    • Support executive meetings, onsite visits, and strategic working sessions with BD leadership
    • Provide insight into broker-dealer priorities, regulatory considerations, and organizational dynamics
  • Industry Presence & Thought Leadership
    • Represent Advisor360° within the broker-dealer community at industry conferences, executive forums, and client events
    • Serve as a knowledgeable industry voice on broker-dealer technology transformation
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Share market and relationship intelligence with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership
    • Provide feedback from broker-dealer conversations to inform go-to-market and product strategy

What You Bring to the Table:

  •  5+ years of experience in wealth technology, fintech, or capital markets technology
  • Direct experience working with enterprise broker-dealers and home office stakeholders
  • Proven success in pre-sales relationship development, enterprise sales support, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of broker-dealer operating models, including advisor platforms, compliance, and supervision
  • Existing network within the broker-dealer ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
