Manage a direct selling organization to drive sales results. Direct selling responsibilities of strategic/growth brands in the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Align and develop multi-level productive relationships at key national accounts.
Communicate and align company initiatives with subordinate teams.
Conduct direct selling functions at the retailer/distributor/wholesaler HQ level to drive company sales.
Maintain corporate-mandated profit contribution at the team level through effective management of assigned spending budgets.
Utilize syndicated data to identify opportunities and provide management with post-analysis results.
Interface with Marketing and Sales Management to identify opportunities and develop regional initiatives.
Work with large, complex, high-visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts.
Experience, Skills, Education:
At least 8 years of field sales experience with 5-8 years of managing people and setting direction for the team.
At least 5 years of food sales experience required, with an emphasis on Publix.
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in Supervalu account responsibility, cross-functionally.
Demonstrated experience in leadership and broker management.
Demonstrated experience in using analytical skills to understand trends and make recommendations.
Possess financial Acumen and P&L knowledge.
Possess proficiency in organizational, planning, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
Must network with senior internal and external personnel in their expertise.
Must have strong influencing and communication skills with high-level leaders.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$131,138.00-$218,563.00
Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
