Remote Position with Travel as Required

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Regional Security Manager - Warehouse and Logistics (UK & MENAT) to join our Global Safety, Risk and Security team. In this pivotal role, you will safeguard the physical assets, facilities, and logistics operations that keep our regional supply chain secure and resilient. You’ll have the opportunity to partner directly with warehouse and transportation teams to turn risk assessments into actionable security protocols and strong vendor partnerships. By protecting the integrity of our chain of custody, your expertise will help reinforce the rock-solid foundation of trust our customers rely on every day.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee site security programs: Conduct operational risk assessments across warehouses and distribution centres to design and implement tailored security protocols.
  • Manage guard service vendors: Direct third-party guard providers, managing contract performance, compliance obligations, and service delivery across assigned facilities.
  • Optimise physical security infrastructure: Collaborate with Global Real Estate and system integrators to deploy and maintain effective access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Lead incident response and investigation: Coordinate root cause analyses for theft, loss, or security breaches while implementing preventive actions and loss prevention controls.
  • Drive operational compliance & expansion: Ensure adherence to TAPA and CTPAT standards, track key performance metrics, and support security integration for new facility launches.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Numerous years of experience in physical security, logistics security, or operational risk management within supply chain or warehouse environments.
  • Strong knowledge of TAPA and CTPAT standards, physical security technologies, and facility protection measures.
  • Proven ability in managing third-party vendor relationships and leading complex incident investigations.
  • BA/BS degree or professional security certification (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred.
