Job Purpose

The Regional Sales Manager will support CR2’s growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding the company’s footprint across Americas (Caribbean experience is a must). This role will be based in Miami/Panama.  The role requires a proactive, results‑oriented professional who can build strong client relationships, articulate the value of CR2’s digital banking and payments solutions, and convert qualified opportunities into revenue. This position directly contributes to CR2’s strategic market expansion goals through consistent pipeline development, high‑quality client engagement, and effective collaboration with internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

Know-How (Technical and Knowledge Requirements)

  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Partner closely with Sales Management and Cross-Sales Teams to position and promote CR2’s digital banking and payments solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through market insights, networking, and partner channels.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of digital banking trends, regional regulatory developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to stakeholders at all organisational levels, including C‑suite executives.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, prospects, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Represent CR2 at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Problem-Solving (Complexity & Decision-Making)

  • Lead sales negotiations to progress opportunities efficiently from initial engagement to contract closure.
  • Remove barriers and resolve challenges arising during the sales cycle to maintain momentum.
  • Adapt sales approaches in response to market shifts, client feedback, or competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Support teams to address client requirements and tailor solution positioning.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record in business development, solution selling, or enterprise sales, ideally within digital banking and payments.
  • Demonstrated success in Digital Banking.
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English
  • Self-driven with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Success Metrics

  • Sales Growth: Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned territories.
  • Lead Generation: Consistent creation of qualified leads through outreach, industry engagement, and partner networks.
  • New Business Acquisition: Ability to secure new client contracts and expand CR2’s presence in priority markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: High client satisfaction levels and demonstrated effectiveness in nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Sales Cycle Efficiency: Reduction in the time taken to progress leads through to contract signing.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establishment and development of new partner relationships that support market growth.
  • Product Adoption: Successful onboarding and adoption of CR2 solutions within newly acquired accounts.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Delivery of accurate, timely forecasts, pipeline insights, and sales activity documentation.
  • Collaboration: Evidence of productive cross-functional engagement contributing to successful bids and market expansion.
  • Professional Development: Continuous skill enhancement and participation in internal or external training relevant to the role.
