With our headquarters in the USA and the global footprint spanning EMEA, APAC, ND Americas, we proudly support partners and projects around the world. For the North/West EU market, we are looking to hire a sales manager to expand growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Promote WyreStorm products and solutions to partners, consultants and other decision makers

  • Identify, screen, and engage potential new customers

  • Conduct monthly visits with key accounts and quarterly visits with medium and small customers

  • Communicate visit outcomes and sales opportunities with the VP of International Sales

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals for the German/Benelux market

  • Strategically allocate annual sales targets across the customer base

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity records in Zoho and ensure CRM data integrity

  • Prepare quotations and proposals and manage timely follow-up on all projects

  • Collaborate closely with the WyreStorm Customer Support and Technical Sales teams

  • Report directly to the VP of International Sales



  • Requirements
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong capacity to manage stressful or high-pressure situations appropriately

  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and onsite engagements

  • Confident and effective presentation skills

  • Previous experience in AV sales with a solid understanding of AV technologies

  • Based in Germany or the Netherlands, with fluent written and spoken English and German. Also speaking Dutch is an advantage.
