About the Role 

Sidecar Health is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-oriented Regional Director of Provider Contracting to lead our provider-facing efforts in the Southeast, specifically in Florida and Georgia. This role will play a critical part in expanding our provider footprint and ensuring Sidecar Health members have access to high-quality, affordable care through strong, mission-aligned provider relationships.  

The ideal candidate will bring experience working directly with hospitals or health systems, a strong understanding of provider dynamics in the region, and the ability to independently drive high-impact initiatives with cross-functional support. 

What You'll Do 
  • Lead provider engagement efforts in Florida and Georgia, building and deepening relationships with hospitals and health systems
  • Represent Sidecar Health’s unique model to provider organizations in a way that aligns with our brand and value proposition
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as Operations, Finance, and Legal—to support seamless provider onboarding and implementation
  • Serve as a key point of contact for provider leaders in the region, ensuring strong communication and strategic alignment
  • Stay attuned to market trends, provider sentiment, and competitive dynamics in the Southeast to help inform company strategy
  • Support provider-focused initiatives, tools, and partnerships that improve experience and operational efficiency for providers and members alike

What You'll Bring 

  • 7+ years of experience in provider relations, hospital outreach, or healthcare partnerships—ideally with a payer, provider services company, or health tech firm
  • Deep familiarity with health care dynamics in Florida and/or Georgia
  • Proven success building strategic relationships with hospitals and health systems
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to represent the company externally
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage priorities with minimal oversight
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • Reside in Florida or Georgia and be available for regional travel

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000.
