The Recruitment Assistant will review candidate applications, utilize ATS, schedule interviews, maintain records, and enhance the candidate experience.
We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team and help build the talented workforce that powers our mission at Bask Health. This is an entry level role.
Requirements
- Review, screen, and filter candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (workable) to efficiently organize, track, and update candidate information
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all candidate records and documentation
- Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication
- Support additional recruitment initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for helping build a talented and diverse workforce
