The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least two (2) years of exposure in Recruitment activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Will be working with US/PR recruiters
- Hybrid (must be available to work on site)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
- Experience in:
- Scheduling interviews
- MS Office
- Handling multiple assigments simultaneously under strict time constraints

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Scheduling interviews, debriefs and other meetings (as necessary).
- Effectively communicate with interviewers and administrative assistants.
- Scheduling candidate travel.
- Facilitate background check and monitor progress.
- Understand candidate reimbursement process.
- Maintain interview tracker.
