As we look to our next phase of growth, we are looking for a phenomenal Recruiting Coordinator to partner directly with the Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to schedule interviews and help drive world class candidate experience.

Our Recruiting team is small, mighty, and still building. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor at a startup with a phenomenal team, product, and business. You will be a key player in next exciting phase of growth.

Please note that this role requires the ability and interest to come into our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). 

What you’ll do

  • Partner with our stellar Recruiting team and HM teams to schedule interviews quickly and provide exceptional candidate experience.
  • Commit to fast turnaround times to ensure that candidates move through the process quickly.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end scheduling process for several roles at a time.
  • Use a mix of data, tools, problem-solving, and collaboration to help our teams streamline processes to delight candidates and stakeholders.
  • Use our hiring and company tools (Greenhouse, ModernLoop, Gem, Notion, Gsuite, Slack, etc.) to effectively manage a high volume of interviews with fast turnaround times.
  • Maintain/update any interview process changes in Greenhouse, Notion and Modernloop 
  • Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally at a startup.
  • Ability and interest to work in our SF office at least 2-3 days per week.
  • Passion for all things hiring.
  • Experience and ability to deliver fast turnaround times during working hours during the work week.
  • Experience with modern recruiting and business tools like Greenhouse, Slack, Notion, and Gsuite.
  • Great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, especially written!
  • Ability to be self-directed and comfortable with some change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for and experience with being a great team player who can build strong relationships.
  • A track record of learning quickly and delivering results.

This role is based in San Francisco.

The salary band for this role is: $80,000 - $100,000. 
The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience. Our Recruiting team will be able to provide more details during the interview process.
