This is a fully remote, full time W2 corporate recruiting position, predominantly Technical recruiting.
Job Description:
Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned roles, with a primary focus on positions across Engineering, Product, and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both current openings and anticipated hiring needs, helping improve overall time-to-hire and talent readiness.
Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through a mix of sourcing strategies including direct outreach, job postings, social platforms, and networking.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, efficient coordination and scheduling, and a thoughtful, people-centered recruiting process.
Guide candidates through the interview process from initial outreach through offer stage, including interview preparation, coordination, and providing competency-based assessments and recommendations to hiring panels.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
Provide insight into the candidate experience and interview process as needed.
Support hiring managers including aiding with making the right hiring decisions across the organization that support the company’s mission and values.
Utilize the applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines, track activity, and report on recruiting progress and metrics.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
4+ years full life cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience running end to end recruiting processes
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across a growing organization
Able to effectively juggle multiple roles in a fast paced environment
Nice to have
Experience working in Lever
Experience recruiting within the federal contracting space or consulting space
Experience working successfully in a remote environment
Experience implementing recruiting strategy
