  • Leverage ATS and recruiting tools to track pipelines, report on progress, and continuously improve processes
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity while managing multiple concurrent searches and shifting priorities
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling environment
  • Demonstrated success hiring for complex or specialized roles (e.g., technical, product, design, business, and/or clinical roles)
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage pipelines and report on recruiting metrics
  • Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to assess candidates against clearly defined competencies and role expectations with sound judgment
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A mission-driven mindset and commitment to maintaining the highest hiring bar

Requirements:
