Job Summary

  • Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and placement.
  • Technical Recruiting: Source and recruit qualified professionals across technical, engineering, infrastructure, and other specialized disciplines.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements, technical qualifications, priorities, and candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct recruiter screens, and assess candidates against technical requirements and position criteria.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify specialized talent.
  • Candidate Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information regarding the position, organization, and interview process.
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, account teams, recruiting leadership, candidates, and consultants.
  • Recruiting Technology: Leverage ATS, VMS, sourcing platforms, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Requisition Management: Effectively manage multiple open positions, prioritize critical hiring needs, and maintain consistent recruiting activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to review hiring priorities, market challenges, candidate pipelines, and recruiting strategy.
  • Quality Submissions: Consistently identify and submit qualified candidates who align with the technical requirements and expectations of each position.
  • Professionalism: Represent PTR Global with professionalism, consistency, urgency, and integrity throughout the recruitment process.
