Responsibilities:
- Manage district workflow
- Assign jobs to team members based on abilities
- Review & develop quotations based on branch preferences, including manufacturers, profit margins, etc.
- Provides coaching to team members on expectations
- Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members
- Work within team setting; managing high volume email requests via Outlook
- Communicates with Quotations Coordinators on inbox questions
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years' experience in quotations development is preferred, not-required
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented and have excellent time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead and motivate individuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (emphasis on Teams and Outlook)
- Experienced in commercial plumbing projects, either via bid process or project management.
- Strong understanding of Ferguson’s vendor programs
- Flexibility and adaptability, as this position often requires multi-tasking
- Self-motivated/goal oriented

Pay Range:

$3,240.00 - $7,040.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
