Working closely with software engineers, product owners, and scientific teams, you will design and implement scalable test automation solutions that help deliver high-quality releases with confidence. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web and cloud-based applications.

  • Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases.

  • Implement and promote Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to improve test coverage and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and document defects with clear and actionable information.

  • Continuously improve automation processes, frameworks, and testing tools to enhance efficiency and reliability.

  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and other Agile development ceremonies.

  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, customer value, and system reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Stay current with emerging testing technologies, trends, and industry best practices.

What We Look For

  • 3+ years of experience in automated software testing.

  • Proven experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar technologies.

  • Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for test automation development.

  • Strong understanding of software development principles and modern testing methodologies.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
