Description...
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to own quality for supply chain and logistics software built for a federal health customer. You will sit inside a product team, build and maintain the test automation, and be the person the team trusts to say whether a release is ready.

What you will do...

  • Own testing for a federal health supply chain product team, including what is automated and what is tested manually.
  • Build and maintain automated regression suites that run in the delivery pipeline.
  • Test functionality, performance, security and accessibility throughout each release cycle.
  • Manage defects end to end: reproduce, document, triage and track to closure.
  • Assess release readiness and report it with supporting evidence.

Minimum qualifications...

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of software quality assurance or test engineering experience.
  • Hands-on test automation built and maintained inside a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience testing inside an Agile or SAFe delivery team.
  • Section 508 accessibility testing experience.
  • Defect management and Agile lifecycle tracking in Jira.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust).

Preferred qualifications...

  • Experience on federal health IT programs.
  • Familiarity with federal IT governance and approved-tooling processes.
  • Accessibility testing with assistive technology and scanning tools such as JAWS, NVDA, or axe.
  • Performance and load testing experience (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner).
  • API and service-layer test automation; contract testing experience.
  • ISTQB certification, or a SAFe certification (SAFe Practitioner, SAFe DevOps).
  • Experience testing supply chain, logistics, inventory, or asset management systems.
