Job Description:  

National Water Main Cleaning Company-NE is currently seeking a full-time QAQC Associate in the Canton, MA office to assist with software-based sewer data collected in the field using our fleet of different inspection trucks.

Job Details:

Position: QAQC Associate 

Where: Canton, MA 

Shift: Monday-Friday (Days) 

Pay: $25-$29 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Duties:  

- Quality Assurance and Quality Control in receiving data, Video quality and accuracy of data produced by our field technicians. 

- Timely importing and tracking of all data turned in, as well as proper up to date documentation. 

- Transferring files from a hard drive to a server in a clean organized manner.

- Copying data from a server to a data drive, processing via Granite Net software, and Syncing data into its proper SQL profile once processed 

- Sending out processed submittals with properly formatted data to clients, (hard drives and via box link). 

- Interacting with clients and providing support to them when necessary.

Requirements:  

- Strong Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite. 

- Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines for multiple jobs. 

- Extremely keen troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with Windows 10 & 11 

- Strong typing ability
- Strong Attention to detail. 

- Travel locally to our Brockton office or nearby job sites. (<5% of your time)
