We’re seeking a detail-driven QA Digital Project Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across digital transformation projects. This hybrid role blends hands-on QA expertise with strategic project management, ensuring high-quality delivery of web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting across multiple digital projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation strategies
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery or quality
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across QA and project workflows
✅ Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA and project management roles
- Proven success managing digital projects (web, mobile, cloud-based platforms)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools (manual and automated testing)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, TestRail, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA five days a week
🌟 Preferred Skills
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certifications
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or financial services environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
