Job Responsibilities
- Review user stories, identify incorrect or missing acceptance criteria, outline test cases/write automation scenarios, test for defects, demo user stories to product owners
- Participate in: backlog grooming (discuss upcoming user stories), demo to stakeholders, team retrospective, sprint planning and deployments
- Software QA manual testing experience is required
- Software QA automation test experience is required (70% of the job)
- Object oriented language is a must (we use Java/Groovy)
- HTML and CSS experience is a plus
- Ability to find elements using XPath (or read about this skill online and be prepared to discuss)
- Cucumber and Selenium WebDriver automation experience is a plus (at a minimum, read about Cucumber online and be prepared to talk about why it is used and what the parts are)
- Top notch communicator, both written and verbal, since none of us are mind readers
