As Provider Growth Lead, you will build and scale the provider acquisition engine for Marble's expansion into new states, involving sourcing and evaluating therapists and creating workflows to support growth.
About the Role
Marble is expanding into new states, and our ability to deliver care depends on one thing: building a high-quality, scalable network of therapists. We're hiring a Provider Acquisition Lead to build this function from the ground up. This role owns how we source, engage, evaluate, and activate therapists as we grow - starting with new state launches and evolving into a repeatable, scalable engine. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to solve ambiguous problems and translate strategy into execution. If you enjoy owning messy problems, running experiments, and building systems that scale - this role is for you.

If you enjoy owning messy problems, running experiments, and building systems that scale - this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of one of Marble's most important growth challenges: Building and scaling our provider acquisition engine as we expand into new states. This is a highly ambiguous, high-impact role where you'll be responsible for turning an early, manual process into something repeatable and scalable. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to diagnose what's working today, where we're getting stuck, and what to tackle first - and then you'll execute. That could mean testing new sourcing approaches, debugging funnel drop-offs, or tightening processes
- Create the foundation that allows provider acquisition to scale with the business: You'll design the workflows, tools, and operating cadence that support consistent, high-quality supply growth - from how we find and evaluate therapists to how we track progress and performance across markets. Your work will help Marble move quickly in the near term while building systems that hold up as we grow
Qualifications
Must have
- 3-4 years of experience in growth, strategy & operations, or business operations at a startup or fast-growing company
- Demonstrated ability to own 0→1 workstreams end-to-end in ambiguous environments
- Based in New York and able to work from our SoHo office at least two days a week
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplaces, recruiting, acquisition, or supply-side growth
- Experience working in healthcare or other operationally complex environments
- Experience working with CRMs, ATSs, or similar tooling to manage pipelines
Ideal traits
- ⚒ Process thinker who likes to build: You know how to get from 0→1 with scrappy, simple solutions, and then 1→100 by spotting patterns and building systems that scale
- ♀ Relentless drive: No task is too small for you. You're just as willing to call a payer or follow up on a denial as you are to design a long-term solution
- ❔Thrive in ambiguity: You can make sense of messy claims data and get to the root of a problem, even when the path isn't clear
- Introspective team player: You're a thoughtful communicator, open to feedback, and focused on what's best for the mission and the people we serve
