The Pro Services Operations Manager collaborates closely with LPS field leadership, Lowe's store teams, and key cross-functional partners-including Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Customer Experience, and Asset Protection-to identify operational opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and ensure alignment between enterprise strategies and field execution.
This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational needs of both the Lowe's Pro Supply field organization and Lowe's stores as they work together to serve Pro customers. The role leads strategic projects that improve operational execution, simplify processes, enhance technology, and drive consistency across both organizations. Through data-driven decision making, project management, process optimization, and change management, this position helps strengthen the partnership between Lowe's Pro Supply and Lowe's stores while improving associate productivity, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Additional Essential Functions
Supports the day-to-day operational needs of both the Lowe's Pro Supply field organization and Lowe's store teams, ensuring consistent execution of shared Pro Services initiatives.
Partners with Regional Branch Directors, Branch Managers, District Managers, Store Managers, and store operations leaders to identify operational opportunities and implement scalable solutions that improve collaboration between Lowe's Pro Supply branches and Lowe's retail stores.
Develops and implements processes, tools, and best practices that strengthen the partnership between Lowe's Pro Supply and Lowe's stores, creating a more seamless experience for Pro customers regardless of sales channel.
Collaborates with field leaders across both organizations to gather feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize process improvements that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Supports initiatives that improve cross-channel execution, increase operational efficiency, and enable both Lowe's Pro Supply branches and Lowe's stores to better serve the professional customer.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Pro Services, Pro Sales, Retail Operations, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience initiatives.
Experience working with Agile or project management methodologies.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, Smartsheet, Visio, or similar collaboration and workflow tools.
Demonstrated experience supporting technology implementations and operational change management initiatives.
Experience creating process maps, workflow documentation, and standard operating procedures.
