Worksite Enrollment Implementation Consultant - REMOTE US
The Opportunity
As a Worksite Enrollment Implementation Consultant you will provide technical and operational support to our high priority customers and producers. This will include partnering with our EDI processing team to support errors and issues for enrollment files that are emanating from third party systems. In addition, team member will partner with other enrollment support team members on ensuring all enrollment platforms are implemented and operationalized as needed. In this role you will act as the support resource to our producer and enrollment partners for all phases of the group implementation process.

To further this success, we must continue to evolve our strategy to reach more advisors and customers, while providing them an enhanced self-service, digital experience to allow us to aggressively grow top line sales.
The Impact
The Worksite Enrollment Technology Implementation Consultant will develop and manage relationships with Third Party Enrollment technology companies who compliment MassMutual's values and winning ways, and will ensure MassMutual is always working with best in class technology partners who share our team's mission to build industry leading enrollment experiences to help people secure their future and protect the ones they love.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for managing and closing enrollment related issues that are designated to be sourced from third parties (producers and platforms)
Supporting best practices that drive quality & participation consistent with the objectives set across the value chain
Support for integration of MassMutual Worksite benefits with approved TPE / Platform technology
Support enrollment activities with MassMutual Implementation Managers
Supporting internal and users with platform technical issues and questions, as needed
Supporting producers with EDI processing and setup for specific cases as needed
Assist with demonstrations of approved enrollment platforms as necessary
Assist external producers where necessary on specific case or product configurations
Support of product deployment and changes across all platforms
Provide ongoing recommendations on improved standard work and improving data quality
The Minimum QUALIFICATIONS
4 year College Degree
7+ years of related relationship management and/or technical experience
5+ years' experience with Worksite and/or Group Insurance
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience with partnering with producers and third party enrollers
Experience with enrollment platforms and EDI technology
Knowledge of Enrollment/Benefit Administration configuration, product configuration and processing (Selerix and Employee Navigator)
Knowledge of Insurance products and enrollment
Advanced ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
The Ideal QUALIFICATIONS
4 year college degree
Experience with producer communications
Experience with electronic enrollment platforms for Worksite business
Experience using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Familiarity with Selerix, Navigator or other enrollment platforms
Familiarity with benefit enrollment platforms or HCM's
Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000 + annual bonus & competitive benefits package
