Senior Population Health Strategy Professional
Description
The Senior Population Health Strategy Professional is responsible for overall coordination and implementation of Humana’s Basic Needs program, to address the health related social needs of members during crisis. Serves as SME for components of the program strategy and provides appropriate report out for business leaders across enterprise. Responsible for working across various business areas to ensure success of program, including providing consistent communication, training and ensuring appropriate level of support provided. Coordinate vendor relationships and needs with Senior Product. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to program implementation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 or more years of equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in an ambiguous environment
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving member experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences
- Prior project or program management experience
