Job Overview:

The Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for sales on-boarding and on-going training logistics, communications, registration and reporting. associated with new seller workshops (live and virtual), onboarding on-demand programs, and other enablement & onboarding events and programs. 

The Program Manager will provide a consistent level of customer service and support to new Account Executives, Partner Sales Managers and Dynatrace sales management as they complete their on-boarding enablement and continuous development at Dynatrace.

This role will lead the evolution of sales enablement processes and systems, driving new efficiencies and effectiveness. Building a program that can scale as Dynatrace continues to grow rapidly. 

Enablement Program Manager delivers accurate and consistent reporting and provides insights and suggestions to improve the Onboarding Enablement, new seller effectiveness, and program success. 

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • 40%: Sales Enablement Program Operation Management

  • Establish and drive process improvement: Analyze needs, provide potential solutions and lead projects to drive results
  • Coordinate all aspects of onboarding programs, workshops (instructor-led and on-demand), and events. Tasks include, but are not limited to, student enrollment, participation & graduation; scheduling SME & guest speakers, planning sessions; maintaining & preparing workshop material (e.g. handouts, summary email, portal pages); creating/maintaining checklist for each program; organizing workshop logistics (e.g. venue, supplies, AV, Zoom, catering & external activities).
  • Adapt, and improve student experience and success (Establish and run a ‘voice of the seller’ program, based upon findings refine resources, program design and logistics.
  • Act as the first line of communication between students and the Enablement team.
  • Drive improvement of seller time to effectiveness. Monitor and maintain student records (individual and cohort results).
  • Work with instructors to build, and track development of enablement program curriculum & deliverables (e.g. pre & post boot camp work, workshop design & agenda, feedback survey, final knowledge assessment).
  • Communicate program logistics and prework/on-boarding requirements to students, track and record student progress, and escalate cancellations and non-compliance situations.
  • Complete all enablement offering follow-up tasks (e.g. compiling workshop survey results, recording exam scores, providing “report cards” and leaderboards to managers).
  • Manage program expenses and POs to cover costs.
  • Operate as a new hire concierge service, ensuring that all new hires receive timely communications and have access to the requisite content and tools for an effective enablement experience.
  • 20%: Sales Portal and Sales Tools Curation

  • Develop, maintain and enhance sales onboarding site and sales tools. Creation of tools to improve seller effectiveness.·
  • Facilitate onboarding sales tool training sessions for new sales reps, including formal presentations, webinars and 1:1 training.
  • Post all workshop and enablement materials; review, curate and update.
  • 15%: Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain a Bootcamp attendance tracking dashboard & leaderboard.
  • Track course participation for the requisite constituencies, gather information from relevant data sources, and deliver reports on the established cadence.
  • Manage and refine certification program, and track sales certification progress, gather information from relevant data sources, and deliver reports on the established cadence.
  • Manage & report on post bootcamp contests & competitions.
  • Monitor progress of Sales new hires’ self-directed on-boarding activities, enablement curriculum enrollment/completion, and On-Boarding Manager interactions.
  • 10%: Sales Team Growth and On-Boarding Plans

  • Track Sales hiring to remain aware of new hire start dates.
  • Work with Sales Managers and On-Boarding Manager to confirm enablement curriculum requirements and schedules in advance of new hire arrivals.
  • Gather feedback for onboarding programs & events, track trends from class to class and program to program, Provide potential improvement solutions
  • 15%: Assigned Projects – Sales Enablement and Sales Operations

  • Assist or lead sales effectiveness/ growth projects for the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams.
  • Participate in coordination and administrative aspects of large-scale corporate events as assigned – e.g. SKO, sales roadshows.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a support role or a project management role with demonstrated competence in administrative, logistics, and project skills required.
  • Experience in Sales Enablement/ Operations preferred, but not essential.
  • High degree of efficiency with MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Sales Enablement tools experience preferred.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, communication skills (verbal and written), be proactive and drive results
