As the Project Manager for the Product Operations team at Definitive Healthcare your mission will be to work closely with the Product Operations team to effectively manage the product data assets at Definitive Healthcare. Your goals will include working with the team to accomplish short-term and long-term priorities to ensure that our data continues to be best-in-market and delivers exceptional value and quality to our users.
Here are some things you will tackle
- Responsible for the execution of regular data updates, including monthly planning, resourcing, tracking, and communication.
- Leader of the traditional Agile ceremonies, including Daily Huddle, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives. Maintain Kanban project management system.
- Work with team members to plan, develop, and complete long-term initiatives, including development of project plans, weekly huddles and updates, and collaboration with stakeholders
- Triage escalated data or process tickets from users; collaborate with Operations and Product Success to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate cross-functional processes (with Product Management, Engineering, Product Success, Professional Services, and Research) to foster strong cross-departmental relationships
- Provide regular updates to management on progress of projects and initiatives, escalate to management when necessary
- Work with Product Operations team to create standardized documentation and team wiki
What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a data, operations, or project based role
- Strong project management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical/problem solving skills
- Self-motivated “doer” that can independently problem solve to improve outcomes
- Familiarity with Project Management or ticketing systems such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or Asana
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum or Kanban environment
