Our expansion has created the need for an energetic and motivated Project Manager to join our growing Data Science team. If you would like to work at a fast-paced company that is experiencing high growth, keep reading!


 In this role, you will: 
 

  • Leading project planning sessions for the Data Science team
  • Coordinating internal resources for key initiatives tracking against our shared Roadmap
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required, helping the team shift into an agile working process
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Designing risk mitigation plans and communication to Data Science / Product leadership
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff, where relevant
  • Optimizing and improving processes where necessary

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant job experience, preferably in the discipline
  • Project Management Professional certification(s) such as the PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is preferred
  • Expertise with productivity and planning tools (Jira/Confluence, ADO, MS Project)
  • Demonstrated experience of having worked in an Agile model
  • Embraces opportunities for continuous learning and innovation
  • Demonstrated experience managing mid- to large-scale corporate or product initiatives
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
