Project Manager
A Project Manager will lead on-time, on-budget implementations of Bullhorn solutions for mid-to-large sized clients. You will act as a consultant, guiding the customer through best practices, technical configuration, and solution definition in order to uphold quality and increase customer satisfaction.
As a Project Manager, a typical day might include:
Establishing relationships with new clients to create the foundation for a seamless transition from the point of sale throughout successful product and services implementation and support
Defining and managing expectations with customers and project team members to ensure project teams are aligned and working towards a common goal
Clearly articulating project risk items to clients in a way that is understood, and are either remedied or assumed
Configuring systems according to functional specifications, including migration verification and reporting metrics
Create project schedule and resource forecast in alignment with SOW
Govern project budget and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
This job might be for you if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated competence, confidence and professionalism that inspires client trust, specifically with senior management
An ability to prioritize tasks/issues/escalations and manage many projects simultaneously
Bonus points for:
Experience managing projects to deliver SaaS solutions
A high comfort level with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
