As Program Manager, you will assist with managing and optimizing TripAdvisor’s go-to-market plans for new products. You will serve as a key liaison between the product, marketing, sales, operations, and business systems departments to ensure releases are effectively planned, communicated, and brought to market. You have experience in project management, product development life cycles, product marketing, and commercialization efforts. You are able to manage simultaneous activities that drive toward a coordinated release date.

What You Will Do:

Participate in the coordination of multiple product training, communications, and commercialization activities across the enterprise to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects.
Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, dependencies, or other challenges to successful execution.
Contribute towards a resolution for any potential impediments to a successful release.
Implement and enforce tools and templates such as go-to-market and operations briefs to help coordinate efforts across multiple teams and to assist with better communicating marketing benefits of new products.
Provide multiple communication frameworks for various levels of the organization to keep them updated on the status of upcoming initiatives.
Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and ensuring they are communicated effectively to various stakeholders and teams across the company.
Conduct weekly status meetings.
Coordinate commercialization efforts to ensure they fully support a successful go-to-market plan.

Who You Are:

3-5 years of experience as a Program, Project, Product Manager or similar role with strong program management experience.
Exceptional people skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects through influence and communication towards coordinate task completion.
Knowledge of typical activities related to the product release lifecycle and product commercialization.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Organized with rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and positive “can-do” attitude and approach.
Sound business judgment and ability to make prioritization decisions that help the business.
Respect for colleagues and partners - must work well in a matrixed environment.
Advance written and verbal communication skills.
