Program Manager, Global Partnerships

The primary role of the Program Manager, Global Partnerships is to increase awareness, alignment, and collaboration with Flywire partners to drive new sales. This role has direct interactions with sales and marketing and includes supporting events, campaigns, trainings, content, and incentives in an effort to enhance and grow existing and new customer engagement. The ideal candidate for this role will a strong background in client management or program management.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the portfolio of global strategic partners, including dashboard management and regular reporting on success metrics
- Create and deliver annual partner reviews, complete with recommendations for success
- Report on partner initiatives and changes
- Develop internal and external promotional campaigns to increase revenue lift, visibility and pipeline activity
- Coordinate delivery or live/refresher training sessions and educational webinars
- Manage standing meetings with partners to discuss strategy and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure lifecycle management is working effectively in the organization. Propose and execute enhancements to streamline, as necessary.
- Escalate customer care and relationship management requests to the partners or internal teams, as required
- Attend industry conferences, lectures and trainings to continue building awareness
- Support the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships in global activities as required
Our ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years sales, relationship management or business development experience in the Education/Healthcare market
- Experience in building strategic relationships or consultative sales; the ability to build rapport quickly and meet the specific customer needs with effective solutions
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
