In addition to maintaining hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.

Bevi is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead critical projects to support Bevi’s growth. Working closely with functional leads including Logistics, Field Operations, Customer Support, Product, IT, and Finance teams, the Operations Program Manager will structure, drive, measure, and report out on program execution and results, with the goal of delivering key programs on scope, schedule, and budget. Typical example programs may include:

  • Lead operational readiness for a new product launch across Operations functions including Logistics, Field Operations, Customer Support, and IT.
  • Lead Bevi efforts to expand operational capabilities to new service models and markets.
  • Analyze, assess, and drive process and efficiency improvements in Bevi Field Operations service model, logistics architecture, and reverse logistics process flow.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate customer pain points in our service and support delivery processes; define and implement SOP changes to increase customer happiness
  • Build scalable operational processes and systems to manage currently-manual processes in our logistics operation.
  • Own and report our Operations team KPIs, and define and lead our tactical roadmap for improving on key indicators.

Requirements

  • Ability to structure quantitative and qualitative frameworks for defining business problems and recommending strategies.
  • Strong quantitative modeling skills
  • Ability to conduct primary and secondary research as necessary to understand and balance the needs of disparate stakeholders, including customers, channel partners, sales team, operations, and others as necessary. Willingness to roll up your sleeves, get out in the field and see the gemba to learn firsthand how a process works and how it can be improved
  • Excellent program and project management skills, including program design (success criteria and measures, workstreams and owners, projects, schedules, dependencies, and structure/cadence), project management and execution, and post-mortem
  • Ability to boil down complicated questions to the key dynamics that matter most for the Bevi business
  • Exceptional communication skills with all levels and parts of the organization, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and lead up, down, and laterally within the org chart. Soft leadership skills are essential.
  • An innate curiosity about the Bevi business and operation: how does it work, how do we measure performance, how can we improve it?
  • Attention to detail and executional follow-through
  • Targeting candidate with between 4-8 years of professional experience, ideally with experience either in a top-tier management consultancy or supply chain / logistics roles
  • MBA preferred but not required
