IT Project Manager II

Why this job is important:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Internal PMO, the Project Manager II will play a key role in supporting Bullhorn’s internal IT and Engineering functions. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of enterprise projects across both business operations and technical teams, and managing smaller projects as needed. You will also act as a consultant, guiding project teams through best practices and solution definition in order to uphold quality and increase project success. You work closely with Business Users, Business Analysts, Developers, Engineers, System Architects, and executive leadership to ensure detailed planning of activities, comprehensive documentation and communication of critical project information, and sound decision making through thorough analysis of information.
A typical day might include:
Leading and directing technical and business teams through a blended Waterfall/Agile process to deliver enterprise initiatives.
Defining and managing project scope, requirements, deliverables, tasks, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks.
Managing multiple projects across matrixed teams, demonstrating an understanding of negotiation, compromise, and influence.
Engaging project teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
Demonstrating executive presence through first-class, proactive communication across the project team and senior leadership.
Facilitating regular project engagements with the team & stakeholders, including meeting preparation, agendas, documentation, meeting follow-up, and status reporting.
This role may be a fit for you if:
Have a Bachelor’s degree
Have 3-5 years experience in technical SaaS-based project management
Demonstrate superior ownership in your work
Demonstrate sound decision making and the ability to influence thinking to guide project outcomes.
Are hyper organized and demonstrate superior analytical & problem-solving skills.

Bonus points for:
PMP or CSM certifications
Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, or other enterprise SaaS tools
