INDIGO TRAINING PROJECTS, ASSOCIATE MANAGER

Indigo improves grower profitability, environmental sustainability, and consumer health through the use of natural microbiology and digital technologies. Responsibilities:

Create and run a project plan for implementing company-wide training sessions

  •  Understand the business and different learning needs across the organization

Project plan for all org-wide trainings with process for when they're delivered, how to recruit attendees and how to deliver feedback to presenters afterwards

  •  Improve the communication & organization of training programs across Indigo
  • Create and publish calendar of all training sessions available to anyone coming to Indigo

Work with Director of Training and Senior Manager, Future of Work to build out a clear Indigo-wide “learning journey” for all new hires

  • Build and run training processes for e-learning and in-person trainings

Build a world class Learning and Development brand that is aligned with Indigo’s mission

  • Inspire Indigo employees with training materials that are beneficial to success

Competencies:

Extremely organized, loves project management, to-do lists, keeps the trains running on time

  • Can organize input into succinct priorities and actionable items

Collaborates well with business stakeholders across functions (e.g., Commercial)

Communications openly

  • Thinks through communication strategy – able to communicate information across the organization and drive actions accordingly

Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into the details

Works well under ambiguity

Excellent collaboration, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on the customer

Thinks strategically and then follows through with execution consistently

Great “can do” attitude with a solution orientation

Utilizes and works to find technologies to communicate and track project management tools for efficiencies

Not afraid to raise roadblocks, ask questions or challenge status quo

Foresees or identifies potential scheduling or delivery issues, ability to prioritize with the most urgent business needs (overlap of time, etc,)

Experience leading projects across departments within an organization

Close attention to detail while handling multiple projects with competing timelines

Drive identification, assessment and execution of ongoing process improvement opportunities in terms of user experience, quality and productivity

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience - knows how to operate in an organization, communicate to leadership, operate independently

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) or relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement

Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
