Responsibilities:
Create and run a project plan for implementing company-wide training sessions
- Understand the business and different learning needs across the organization
Project plan for all org-wide trainings with process for when they're delivered, how to recruit attendees and how to deliver feedback to presenters afterwards
- Improve the communication & organization of training programs across Indigo
- Create and publish calendar of all training sessions available to anyone coming to Indigo
Work with Director of Training and Senior Manager, Future of Work to build out a clear Indigo-wide “learning journey” for all new hires
- Build and run training processes for e-learning and in-person trainings
Build a world class Learning and Development brand that is aligned with Indigo’s mission
- Inspire Indigo employees with training materials that are beneficial to success

Experience leading projects across departments within an organization
Close attention to detail while handling multiple projects with competing timelines
Drive identification, assessment and execution of ongoing process improvement opportunities in terms of user experience, quality and productivity
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience - knows how to operate in an organization, communicate to leadership, operate independently
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) or relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement
Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies
