Nuance is looking to engage several Healthcare Implementation Project Managers to join our Enterprise Project Office team supporting our overall Healthcare Solutions organization. These roles will be eligible to work remotely from any location in the US.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Accountable in owning overall client project success from start to finish

• Manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the projects

• Work closely with internal customers to review, analyze, understand, and define the high level project requirements: Objectives, Scope, Schedule Milestones

• Represent Nuance and conduct business at all times with a high level of professionalism, competencies, and ethics

• Accurately forecast, plan, report and manage on projects to ensure timely project revenue/forecasting/cost accounting

• Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimize crisis and escalations, and proactively inform and engage Senior Management in advance when they can't be avoided 

• Learn and Comply with all internal project management methodology, policies, & procedures

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree  

• Years of work experience: 2 or more years

Required Experience:

• Project Management experience a must - 1+ years of Project Management experience in a Professional Services capacity working directly with Clients and Partners

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams of diverse subject-matter-experts

• Demonstrable competencies in planning & managing a project's scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality and risks.

• Excellent communications skills both written and oral

• Ability to build, develop, coach and motivate a project team

• Aptitude for learning and adapting to new processes & tools, proficiency with MS-Office 

• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Experience:

• Business and/or technical experience with Speech and/or software technologies and solutions

• Knowledge in the Healthcare industry

• PMP certification

• Experience with Salesforce and Financial Force
