WHOOP is seeking a FEDRAMP Program Manager to build and manage a FedRAMP Authorization program. In this role, you will manage various relationships both internally and externally regarding our FedRAMP compliance, and interface with a development team to drive the implementation of FedRAMP compliance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own running WHOOP FedRAMP programs and run processes required for FedRAMP operations
• Develop and maintain the delivery schedule, list of federal feature enhancements, FedRAMP documents, open issues (and drive to closure), and other FedRAMP-related artifacts
• Leverage technical and program management skills to plan, track, collaborate, and report on FedRAMP program deliverables, including scheduling and leading meetings, assigning and tracking action items, and developing status reports
• Oversee budget and expenses related to FedRAMP program

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in security, compliance, and program management leadership
• 3+ years experience in managing FedRAMP programs
• Familiar with SOC, ISO-27001, and PCI compliance programs
• Previous experience working for a 3PAO, Federal Agency or CSP with an ATO
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills and experience interacting with Executive stakeholders
