Enterprise Program Managers (EPMs) at Catalant work side-by-side with our Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to deploy instances of the Catalant platform at clients, design and implement programs to create tangible value across these instances, and drive the overall strategy of the Customer Experience team forward. EPMs act as the linchpin of any customer relationship, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to design and deploy high-quality programs. Managers are effective in interfacing with clients and can keenly prioritize /manage multiple projects while navigating complex interpersonal situations. In addition, they are entrepreneurial self-starters and are constantly finding ways to grow Catalant’s impact with existing and new clients. While they are not engineers, Managers must be comfortable with technology and are quick to learn.
What you’ll do:
- Execute on multiple solution and program design / deployments across various clients
- Diagnose key implementation challenges by proactively identifying risks
- Meet with prospective customers, thoroughly understand requirements, demonstrate the platform's capabilities, and identify strategically interesting opportunities
- Lead meetings with senior clients and prospective customers to drive programs forward
- Oversee the efforts of the broader Customer Success & Services team (Program Associates, Customer Engagement Managers, etc.)
- Effectively communicate design requirements to Product teams
- Drive the development of the processes and playbooks needed to effectively sell / deploy Catalant Solutions at scale
- Support strategic initiatives to increase Catalant value across the client base
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience in technology, consulting, or similar client-facing role (a background in Program Management preferred)
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and perfect your work; open to receiving and sharing feedback
- Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality results
- Superb written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Expertise in PowerPoint and storytelling, with experience making hypotheses, reaching conclusions and providing recommendations
- Interest in technology and enterprise software systems
- Comfortable working within a small team and independently
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Ability and willingness to travel (~15-25% of time, potentially including international)
