What You'll Be Doing
- Enterprise Implementation Managers are responsible for the delivery of our implementation activities, coordinating work across teams at Arcadia, and partnering with customers to evolve their usage of our platform. Our team members run large, complex implementation programs designed to accelerate our customers' path to value. We help customer leaders flesh out their objectives, guide them through the nuances of their data, and lead work amongst technical, operational, and analytics teams to deliver world-class solutions to highly knowledgeable organizations.
- At the start of an implementation, you'll be establishing engagement goals, priorities, and timelines to build out a detailed project plan oriented around customer objectives. As the work continues, you'll be managing workstreams including the development and validation of data integrations, the configuration of modules to align to the customers' context, and training and rollout activities. You'll be managing tasks on a day-to-day basis, building a cohesive team of technical resources and customers leaders to drive collaboration and progress.
- Throughout the process, you'll be educating customer resources and stakeholders on Arcadia's technical implementation processes, product architecture and functionality, and best practices around complex healthcare data integration and platform usage to drive quality improvement, analyze and manage cost and utilization, and improve risk adjustment accuracy.
- As challenges come up, you'll be the first point of defense. You'll work with your customers to flesh out complex technical problems and design solutions that leverage Arcadia's products and services, engaging Arcadia's subject matter experts to vet potential approaches. You'll be on point for understanding what your customer is looking for, and how a potential solution will support their full scope of operations.
- You'll be responsible for leading customer communications, engaging with skilled technical resources on implementation tasks as well as the clinical and operational leaders of highly impactful organizations. In working directly with a range of customer resources, you'll break down complex concepts around data structures and platform architecture to help them understand how the progress our team is making enables their objectives.
- You'll work closely with Arcadia's leadership across Operations, Engineering, and Product to provide status updates on the team's progress and the customer's level of satisfaction. You'll pull on us to help out, escalating issues and risks and asking for support whenever you need it.
- This position may call for occasional travel to meet with customer and Arcadia teams.
