Enablement Program Manager, Onboarding: Menu/Guest

As the Ramped Program Manager - Onboarding: Menu/Guest you’ll provide continuous support and delivery of ongoing education and training of (1) the Toast product, (2) consultation skills, and (3) industry knowledge for members of two speciality teams within Onboarding: Menu and Guest. Partner with Senior Guest and Menu leadership to support OKR attainment and other leadership initiatives. The Enablement Program Manager role leverages the various teams in CS Enablement (Technical Enablement, Learning Development and Design, and Customer Education) to produce effective and impactful training and educational Menu + Guest content.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Develop and own training strategy for members of the Guest and Menu teams by partnering with stakeholders to analyze team needs and knowledge gaps, prioritize the development of content, and establish realistic timelines;
- Follow a Learning Design framework by conducting needs assessments, defining learning objectives and outcomes, delivering content, and measuring impact;
- Measure outcomes via ongoing confidence assessments and business performance data including, but not limited to, customer activation, CES, and NPS.
- Assist in the development of classroom-style training, online/on-demand tutorials and certifications, quick reference guides, and videos;
- Partner with the unramped program manager to ensure consistencies across specialities;
- Deploy and maintain assessment systems for content knowledge and comprehension;
- Utilizing core competencies, create relevant correlations between training and key performance indicators;
- Partner with senior onboarding leadership to organize and present round tables, events & seminars in order to support OKR attainment and other leadership initiatives

- Proven track record of mentorship and coaching
- Experience successfully standing up new process from planning to execution
- Comfortable presenting & commanding an audience
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Experience developing and designing enablement materials
- Systems/Tools Proficiency
- Google Suite
- Salesforce experience & reporting
- Analytics and Reporting (Looker)
- Learning Management Systems
- Onboarding, Onboarding management, or Onboarding enablement experience a nice to have
