Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and manage the Implementation Lead (IL) function of 10-15+ people including 2 team leads, responsibility for client implementation and data integration
• Set the short term and long-term strategy for the IL team
• Work to define new processes and expectations within the IL team to drive engagement and performance
• Prioritize Diversity, Equity and inclusion in building systems and processes internally and externally
• Design, track, and grow performance metrics at individual and team levels
• Consistently achieve client timelines, and figure out ways to decrease time to value for clients
• Problem solve and continuously improve on internal tools for your team in collaboration with our engineering and product teams
• Capacity plan and build a team structure so IL capacity is able to scalably achieve goals in peak periods
• Facilitate, organize and lead collaborative professional development opportunities and documentation to build technical skills among ILs
• Deeply understand our products, how they are evolving, and what that means for the IL role
• Aggressively and creatively seek ways to scale (through product, client support, service delivery, changes in our delivery model, etc.)
• Grow and develop your management team continuously to solve problems, prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, and support and grow members of their teams
• Implementation and integration for clients, including the client experience and flow of internal operations
• Oversight of satisfactorily completing client integration within 6-8 weeks
• Restructuring and building of efficiency of IL road across segments
