The Digital Execution Practice is a team with digital change management experts that uses a proven, best practices-based approach to getting digital execution at customers underway, from how to implement a Rapid Application Development strategy successfully to addressing the Portfolio, People, Process and Platform aspects of a successful digital execution and achieve strategic value for our customers

We're growing our global team. In the role of Digital Execution Director, you will work closely with our Clients. This role will report to our Director of Digital Execution Practice.

In this role, you'll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

• Providing guidance to our key customers in achieving digital transformation with Mendix
• Helping our customers develop their portfolio, teams and adopting new collaborative processes to drive strategic results using the Mendix platform and setting them up for success.
• Co-Creating and driving workshops to create awareness, assess digital maturity level and help develop change strategy on above mentioned. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and use other Mendix experts to interact with customers’ leadership team, both pre-sales as well as post sales.
• Driving innovation and productivity with Mendix App Platform while keeping focus on quality, governance and business value

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Experience driving and coaching strategic change at enterprise level
• A solid understanding of how IT organizations work and the challenges they face
• At least 10 years of strategic consulting experience
• A proven track record of successful implementing at enterprise level with a (disruptive) technology
• A deep understanding of and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• A history of driving change at the C-Level
