We are seeking a BPO Vendor Manager who will join our Membership Services team to work closely with our outsourced partners to ensure they will be successful in delivering service and support to our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing relationships with BPO partners
  • Responsible for driving operational excellence across our BPO partners and coordination with our internal operations
  • Drive long term strategic vision and drive our BPO network capabilities to do more complex work, more effectively and efficiently with better outcomes for our members
  • Ensure a relentless focus on quality- and efficiency-related metrics while ensuring operational compliance and risk management 
  • Build reporting and monitor service delivery to ensure performance meets standards
  • Troubleshoot gaps in performance and support remediation efforts
  • Lead and drive efficient and effective governance meetings and project meetings as necessary with BPO service providers
  • Manage and measure spending within budgets in cooperation with partners in finance
  • Support MSA/partnership contract negotiations as necessary
  • Work across departmental teams to implement operational and training learnings from BPO relationships to the internal organization
  • Establish inclusivity measures to keep BPO engagement with the WHOOP brand high, while providing insight into the company’s changing priorities, future visions, and recent events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years work experience in Program management, Vendor management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with customer support and outsourcing environment
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication and project management skills
