Manage the game inside the game.
The Associate Project Manager will partner closely with the Senior Project Manager for Acquisition to plan, track, manage, and drive all steps in a project lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for maintaining multiple projects, ensuring adherence to guidelines and best practices.
What you’ll do as an Associate Project Manager:
- Responsible for creation of detailed resource assignments, project timelines, status updates and potential risks to the business team.
- Ensure that executions launch on-time, deliver to expectation, within scope, and on budget.
- Implement proven project management solutions to plan and maintain projects, including resourcing for the internal creative team.
- Anticipate all assets and key direct response elements required by each sport, leading up to a launch.
What skills you will use:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of marketing project management experience.
- Expertise in owning and guiding projects from infancy to execution.
- Fluency in Basecamp, JIRA, Smartsheet, and MS Office.
- Understanding basic creative and production workflows and trafficking projects within a system.
- Experience in managing multiple projects across various channels.
