The AI Implementation Manager leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products that are ready for customer use. The Product Management Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

 

Responsibilities

 

The AI Implementation Manager monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product gaps, defining product requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

               

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 or more years of technical experience
  • 4 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Lead technical integration and design of systems related to improving customer experience through digital technology adoption
  • Experience working with engineering and data science teams to develop and launch products, gathering functional requirements and prepare engineering specifications
  • Build relationships and partner with Humana executives leaders and other key internal clients
  • Critically analyze the data, processes, and systems used by internal clients to identify, assess, measure, monitor and control significant issues or risks
  • Excellent organizational, communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Authored communications detailing requirements, changes, and updates
  • Understanding of workflow dependencies and integrated platform environments
     

    Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or technical Master's degree (e.g., Information Management, Business, Engineering)
  • Experience in Healthcare
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure)
  • Familiarity with Agile design principles
