Job Summary
The Project Manager leads cross-functional projects in accordance with standardized corporate procedures, ensuring timely execution and predictable delivery. The role is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, execution control, and progress tracking across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other key functions.
The Project Manager ensures alignment of scope, schedule, resources, quality, and risks, while maintaining structured documentation and providing clear communication to stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in securing smooth transition from development into manufacturing and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and control comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, etc.) and external suppliers to ensure milestone achievement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage scope changes and interdependencies.
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues impacting timeline, cost, or quality.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Maintain complete and structured project documentation.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports and executive presentations for stakeholders.
- Drive structured decision-making and governance processes.
- Support effective transfer of projects into manufacturing and customer delivery phases.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
- Successfully deliver assigned projects on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.
- Establish consistent and standardized project management routines across product lines.
- Improve predictability of project execution through structured planning and risk management.
- Support integration of project management practices into the full product lifecycle.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment and execution discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in project management within technical or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, organizational, and risk management skills.
- Experience with structured project management methodologies (e.g., Stage-Gate, PMI, Agile where applicable).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP systems, collaboration platforms).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in engineering-driven or high-technology product environments preferred.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes preferred.
- Experience working with global teams preferred.
